Lantery’s qualified team of engineers combined with the internationally known UNILAB software permits development of customer specified coils giving Lantery a differential in attending our clients needs with 3D drawings .
Condensers, Evaporators, and Heat Exchangers
Lantery only uses materials of highest quality to ensure final product having high resistance to failure and excellent cost-benefit for our clients in the areas of Industrial Refrigeration, Commercial Air Conditioning, Automotive Refrigeration and general Air Conditioning markets.
Fabrication Process
We use the CMS - Contruzione de Macchine Speciale – Italian technology to produce our coils.
Coil production equipment includes, two Automatic Fin Presses, tube expanders, a Powered Hairpin
Bender Machine, a Straightening-Cutting, and a Nipple Bending and Cutting Machine.
At the beginning of the coil component production line, Lantery has, a Manifold Drilling
Machine, Flat End Closer Machine, Return Bender Machine and Ring Assembly machine.
Having this complete line of equipment means that Lantery has complete control of quality and
lead time for all coil components. This allows Lantery unparalleled agility to provide the
highest quality with the shortest lead time.
Depending on the application and customer requirements, coils may be tested in a conventional
water test tank at pressures up to 450 psi or on a hydrostatic test rig when higher test
pressures are required (up to 2900 psi). These tests provides the customer with a leak free
product.
Lantery uses a nitrogen gas “blanket” in 100% of its coil brazing process to eliminate the
formation of oxidation inside the tubing and assure the interior surfaces of the coil are
completely clean and ready to use in the clients system.
